Terms of Service

Our services

LI Magical Outdoor Lighting supplies and installs holiday (seasonal) and permanent outdoor lighting for homes in Nassau County and Suffolk County, Long Island, NY — including lights, clips, extension cords and sensor timers as described in your quote.

Quotes and pricing

Published prices are starting points: the roofline special is $699 for up to 100 linear feet in warm white, and a typical full house outline figure is an estimate (about $850), not a fixed price. Your binding price is the written quote for your home after measuring. Add-ons are priced as published at the time of your quote.

Scheduling and deposits

Install dates are reserved with a deposit. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Access and property

You are responsible for giving our crew safe access to the roofline, exterior receptacles and work areas, and for telling us about anything fragile or unusual before we start. Sensor timers switch lights on and off automatically as described at your quote.

Takedown and storage

Takedown and storage are optional extras, priced separately at your quote; they are not included in installation pricing unless your written quote says so.

Permanent lighting

Permanent outdoor lighting is measured and quoted in person only, because measurements, window access and receptacles must be checked before pricing.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new quotes. See also our Privacy Policy.
