Refund Policy

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of your quoted price reserves your install date. The balance is due on the day of installation.

Cancelling 7 or more days ahead

Cancel 7 or more days before your install date and your deposit is refunded in full.

Cancelling 3–6 days ahead

Cancel 3–6 days before your install date and you may choose a 50% refund of your deposit, or a full credit toward rescheduling within the same season.

Cancelling under 72 hours

If you cancel under 72 hours before your install and your materials have already been custom-cut or prepared, the deposit is non-refundable.

Weather

If weather forces a change, rescheduling is always free — your date moves, your money doesn't move.

Takedown and storage fees

If you paid for takedown or storage and that service is not performed, that fee is refunded.

Permanent lighting deposits

For permanent lighting, the deposit is refundable until materials are ordered for your home; after that, it is refundable minus the cost of materials purchased.
